Why can't I add items to my cart?
There are two possible reasons that items may not show up in the shopping cart:- Cookies or Javascript are not enabled on your web browser
- Router could be disabling Cookies and/or Javascript

Do you manufacture custom cuvettes?
Yes we do! From a one cuvette prototype to a 500 cell blanket order, we can help you through every stage of the production process.
The only information we need to get started with making a custom cuvette is a rough sketch that specifies the following:- All relevant dimension and dimension tolerances (If tolerances are not provided we will use our standard tolerances)*
- Which surfaces need to be polished
- Quantities required
- Deadline for quotation and/or manufacturing, if applicable

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of order based on the following criteria:- The cell/s must be unused
- The cell/s must be in their original packaging
- Customer is responsible for freight charges when returning items
Cells that are ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. -

Do you accept returns on custom made items?
NSG does not accept returns on custom made parts. These parts are customized to fit your requirements and no one elses, therefore all sales are final for custom parts. -

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We have many years of experience in the export field and we ship international orders daily. -

What kind of payments do you accept?
- For domestic customers we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), payment by purchase order for established accounts, and payment by check in advance is also available.
- For international customers we require payment in advance via wire transfer, credit card, or check.

How can I place an order on-line?
Orders can now be placed through one of our distributors. When you click the "Click to Buy" button, you will be re-directed to the shopping cart of one of our distributors where you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
